Your information, your call.

What this site does with your information

• Your bag is saved in your own browser. It stays on your device until you check out.
• Payment is handled by Square. Your name, email, phone, shipping address and card details are entered on Square’s secure checkout page and are processed under Square’s privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
• Your order is recorded here so we can pack and ship it: what you bought, the totals and any discount code, plus the email address and shipping city Square sends back with the payment.
• Order alerts go to the Knot His team’s private team chat so we know to pack your order. They include the items and the destination city, not your card details.
• The site helper keeps a record of the questions people ask so we can improve the answers. If you ask to speak with a person, the name, email and message you give us are stored and sent to the team so we can reply.
• The contact and wholesale forms prepare an email in your own mail app. The site does not send, store, or see those messages.
• Page counts. We count page views through Vercel Web Analytics so we know which pieces people look at. It uses no cookies and no advertising identifiers, and it can’t follow you to other websites or tell us who you are.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking scripts are loaded on this site. We don’t sell your information.
